The Advance Colorado Academy empowers leaders with the skills and knowledge to drive impactful conservative policy change and leadership in Colorado.
Creating conservative policy change in Colorado requires committed leaders who not only have the drive and energy to engage in the battle, but the practical skills to be highly effective in the public square. Whichever path Coloradans choose – running for office, becoming a CEO, serving on boards and commissions, starting a new business, or stepping out as a community leader – we believe that the best equipped will produce the boldest results.
The Advance Colorado New Leaders Program gives participants the unique opportunity to learn through a series of engaging videos and in-person learning. Each week, participants will be provided access to three to four high-energy videos conducted with our top-tier experts. After completing each video section, participants will be given the opportunity to put their learning into action through a series of immersive activities and a final, in-person wrap-up and networking debrief with the experts. At the conclusion of the 5-week program, New Leaders will be given access to a rich library of resources to continue on their road to success and become part of a robust network that will encourage and support them throughout their leadership journey. We believe training and strong relationships are both keys to success.

The Advance Colorado School Board “You Won! Now What?” is a program specifically designed for newly elected school board members and for parents and citizens seeking to engage in education reform activities at the school board level. The topics covered in this program include board operations and decorum, negotiating master agreements, the budget and school finances, and more. Participants will learn from a host of education experts, seasoned school board members, and administrators who provide the tools you need to succeed on day one.
The Advance Colorado Ambassador Program is designed for individuals who want to become better advocates locally, state-wide, and nationally. The ambassador program serves as an opportunity for individuals to explore whether public office may be right for them or if their talents are best suited to be an advocate outside of an elected role. Experts in grassroots mobilization, communications, and more will share best practices and resources to grow and expand advocates’ effectiveness.
New Leaders will learn from leading, conservative consultants, field organizers, communications specialists, fundraisers, media specialists, and elected officials who have been successful in their pursuits. Our experts have won in the courtroom of public opinion, on initiatives ranging from taxes to healthcare to local land-use and more, and on leadership races from city council, to the Governor’s Office, to Congress, and beyond. These experts closely engage with our participants while also becoming part of the support network rallying behind New Leaders for years to come.

Colorado is a special place with special people. For too long, leaders have stood by while liberal special interest groups and politicians have turned Colorado into a testing ground for some of the most liberal policies and plans in the nation.
